Following a purchase of TOGAF, the video, several things happen

• You will get an automated email providing access to the courseware.
  Access is through this web-site (training.conexiam.com)
• We are currently working to make the video available through this portal. Until then, by the end of the next business day your access to the Video at Conexiam’s Desire2Learn portal will be provisioned. This is a manual activity and is done in our Victoria office. The link, your username & password will be sent out at that time.
• In the first half of the month following your purchase the Open Group exam vouchers will be sent to you.
  Open Group exam vouchers are valid for 12 months, and we want to provide a reasonable time to use the course and prepare for the exam – sending out the vouchers immediately starts the 12 month clock running.
• All email is sent to the email address you used at creating your account.

All access is through your My Account login.
